Legend PVC Window System is designed with a 6-chamber structure based on an 80 mm frame width. The system has been developed with a particular focus on high-performance criteria, combining the most suitable structural elements to form the profiles.
During the design process, not only the profile itself but also the overall window performance — including insulation (thermal and acoustic), strength, and sealing features — were holistically evaluated. The profiles used in the system are manufactured in accordance with the EN 12608-1 standard.

HIGH PERFORMANCE IN THERMAL INSULATION
The Legend PVC Window System is designed to combine several essential structural components to provide the best thermal insulation for your space. By utilizing an 80 mm platform, a 6-chamber design, and a triple gasket system (including a central gasket), the system achieves a lower heat transfer coefficient (Uf). The Uf value of the Legend PVC Window System is 0.92 W/m²K.
The system's 80 mm frame width allows for triple-glazing applications with up to 52 mm glass thickness, enabling the use of low-Ug value glass. As a result, the window’s overall thermal transmittance is significantly reduced, with the combination of the profile structure and glass performance delivering an exceptional Uw value of 0.78 W/m²K.

STATIC STRENGTH
The reinforcement steel used within the profiles of the Legend PVC Window System provides high static strength. This allows for the correct selection of profile and steel reinforcements in regions with high wind loads, based on detailed static calculations. Thanks to the high structural strength of the reinforcements, larger window dimensions can be safely achieved, thereby enhancing the viewing area.
GLAZING OPTIONS
Legend PVC windows and doors support a wide range of glazing thicknesses: 24, 30, 36, 44, and 52 mm. The system also offers a variety of color options, utilizing Egepen Deceuninck’s rich color palette to provide solutions tailored to every taste and architectural style.
PRODUCT VARIETY
The system includes an extensive range of profiles. Key components of the system include: standard frame, trim frame, mullion, static mullion, sash and sash with drip edge profiles, inward and outward opening door sashes, and sash adapters. Additionally, a comprehensive selection of auxiliary profiles is available to accommodate special structural requirements—such as 90° corner posts, angled corner posts, reinforcement and façade profiles, height extenders, frame expanders, cover profiles, and trim profiles.
